Subject	:	Update of Pag-Ibig (HDMF) Members' Individual Records

All Officials and employees of the abovementioned Courts who are members of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-Ibig) shall accomplish and submit within five (5) days from receipt hereof their Members Data Form (MDF), HDMF-M1-2 to the Personnel Division, Office of Administrative Services, OCA.

Strict compliance with this directive is hereby enjoined.
