Chief Justice Peralta Lectures on JIB to CA, SB, and CTA Justices

Chief Justice Diosdado M. Peralta gives a hybrid lecture on Organizational Structure and Operational Rules of the Judicial Integrity Board (JIB) to the justices of the Court of Appeals, the Sandiganbayan, and the Court of Tax Appeals. The JIB and the Corruption Prevention Investigation Office were reinvigorated under Chief Justice Peralta’s Ten-Point Program, particularly focusing on the core area of integrity to further enhance integrity and prevent corruption in the Judiciary. The JIB is chaired by Supreme Court Associate Justice (Ret.) and Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) Vice Chancellor Romeo Callejo, Sr., vice-chaired by SC Associate Justice (Ret.) and former Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Governing Board Chair Angelina Sandoval-Gutierrez, with CA Justice (Ret.) Sesinando Villon, Sandiganbayan Justice (Ret.) Rodolfo Ponferrada, and CTA (Ret.) Cielito Mindaro-Grulla as members. Among the attendees in person during the lecture held at the En Banc Session are CA Presiding Justice Remedioz Salazar-Fernando, Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang, CTA Presiding Justice Roman Del Rosario, CA Justice Fernanda Lampas Peralta, and Court Administrator Jose Midas P.
