August 25, 2022
Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo expresses his gratitude to the Ateneo de Zamboanga University (ADZU) as one of the testing sites of the first digitalized and regionalized Bar Examinations.
During the Awarding of the Historical Marker to ADZU earlier today, August 25, 2022, in Zamboanga City, the Chief Justice said that the marker is a testament to the pioneering spirit shared by ADZU with the Supreme Court in revolutionizing the conduct of the Bar Exams.
“Thank you to Ateneo de Zamboanga, and to each and everyone who made the Bar Examinations possible despite all odds. On behalf of the Court En Banc, our sincerest thanks. Truly, we had conquered our fears and apprehensions and from that day on, we would only look back to remind ourselves that great things start from a simple dream,” said Chief Justice Gesmundo.
Joining the Chief Justice were Senior Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F. Leonen, 2020/21 Bar Chairperson, Justice Antonio T. Kho, Jr., and Assistant Court Administrator Brian Keith F. Hosaka. (Photo and caption courtesy of the Supreme Court Public Information Office)
