SUBATRA is a five-year programme funded by the European Union, and co-financed by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, through an Agreement with the Government of the Republic of the Philippines. It aims to contribute to a smooth and timely undertaking of the Bangsamoro transition through capacity building of the three branches of the Bangsamoro Government (executive, legislative and judicial) and civil society organizations.
