“Based on our assessment, we were able to properly address all concerns in the local testing centers. This day, Bar Day 2, should turn out better. The opening jitters that we have experienced in Bar Day 1 had been handled successfully,” said Justice Hernando, expressing optimism in the culmination of the Bar Exams on Sunday and his deep gratitude to all Bar personnel nationwide. “We owe this success not just to the careful preparations laid out by the Court and Bar Team Hernando, but to all Bar personnel who have answered the call to serve and support our 2023 Bar Examinees from the frontline.
